A full-time senior-level designer can cost over $100,000 annually, plus benefits, onboarding, etc. And finding one available WITH knowledge of the industry & culture is another BIG challenge. With our monthly plan, pause and resume as your design needs fluctuate, ensuring you only pay for design work when needed and that it’s made by designers who GET the culture.

Once you're subscribed, you can queue as many design requests as you like, completed sequentially.

Typically, designs are completed within 3 business days or less. More complex projects may take a bit longer.

Design Bake is a boutique operation. This means you'll directly collaborate with the founders and a handful of cannabis loving & passionate in-house designers.

If you're short on design tasks, pausing your subscription can save you money. Billing cycles last 31 days. If you pause after 21 days, you retain 10 days of service for future use.

We work with Figma for most 2D design tasks. Trello for management. And Blender for 3D. But we can be flexible to YOUR preferences.

With Trello, requesting designs is flexible. You can use Trello directly, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video. If it's shareable via Trello, it's fair game.

Perfectly fine. Sign up, request your one thing, then pause your subscription afterward and return when more needs arise.

Yes, we don't handle trade show booth design, document design, or extensive print work.
